“There will be plenty of talking about it in the month to come, because there is going to be a trial.”

Andrew Jarecki was keeping mum at a party last Thursday in preparation for the trial of accused killer Robert Durst.

The director’s HBO miniseries, “The Jinx,” ended last Sunday with an apparent murder confession by Durst — and although Jarecki did several interviews afterward with outlets including “GMA,” he has canceled everything else in case he’s called as a witness.

“I wish I could talk to you more about it, but I can’t,” he said at the Baccarat Hotel with pal Greg Kinnear.

He also avoided having any photos taken.

After the series finale, Durst was arrested for the murder of his former spokeswoman, Susan Berman, in California.
